About Us
Back in 2011, our home was acquired by a property developer through an 'en-bloc' exercise. An 'en-bloc'' scheme is particularly popular in Singapore where property developers offer to purchase the entire apartment complex if the majority of the occupants are agreeable to sell.
Thereafter, begins the search for a new home for H & J.
Last Christmas 2011
The Goodbye in 2011
and the final shut down.....................
HJ Residence was born in 2012 located not too far from the previous home.
Destruction of the existing 3 yr old kitchen because J said so...............
Off goes the wiring and tiles.............
Here comes the new wiring.........
Then comes the equipment, the cabinet and the new floor tiles!
And now towards the completion of the new HJ Residence!
